Non-profit organizations are highly varied — many people believe that Non-profit organizations are charitable organizations. Most non-profits tend to be either member-serving or community-serving. Member-serving organizations include cooperatives, trade unions, credit unions, industry associations, sports clubs, retired serviceman's clubs – organizations that will benefit mostly a particular group of people – the organization's members. Community-serving organizations are mostly focused on providing services to the community.
Non-profit projects designed & created by Message Direct.
These organizations support or supply either globally or locally. The organizations deliver human services programs or projects, aid and development programs, medical research, education and health services, and so on. Many non-profit organizations use the model of a double bottom line in that furthering their cause is more important than making a profit, though both are needed to ensure the organization's sustainability.
Couples Retreat Conference 2013
Message Direct was asked by Christian Couples Fellowship Int'l to create and design conference materials for a Pastor/Ministry Leader Couples Retreat. This particular conference was for pastors and faith based non-profit leaders. Lake Lanier Islands Resort in Buford, Georgia is where the conference was being held. Three main speakers needed to be recognized on the 8-page conference brochure. This brochure was printed and also available online for the attendees.
Christmas Time Program - Love Came DownIn this project, Message Direct designed many varieties of media materials. Love Came Down promotional material consisted of large posters, banners, fliers, bible bookmarks, event programs, power point slides and CD cover jackets. A CD poster made attendees aware of original written music scores in the program. The CD was available for purchase, which in-turn helped with the expense of program.
